Your tasks

  • Takeover and study of the EFH project after completion of the planning phase
  • Collaboration with draftsman and project manager
  • Check entrepreneur offers and make an award
  • Create order confirmations
  • Terminate and organize the buildings
  • Accompanying the customers during the construction phase
  • Ongoing quality control of the works
  • Cost and invoice control as well as acceptance and final settlement
  • Customer care until warranty acceptance

your profile

  • Completed apprenticeship as bricklayer, carpenter or structural engineer
  • Training as site manager or construction manager in building construction
  • Sound professional experience in building construction
  • Entrepreneurial thinking
  • Fact-oriented action
  • Negotiation skills with customers and entrepreneurs
  • Organized, efficient work Communicative, assertive personality
  • At least 10 – 15 years
